Position Requirement
1．本科以上學歷，國內(nèi)外名校建筑學 / 環(huán)境藝術(shù)/美學/ 風景園林 / 城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)。
Bachelor or higher degress holder, graduated of Architecture, Environment Art, Aesthetics , Landscape Achitecture and Urban Planning from famous school at home or abroad.
2．具有八年以上從事景觀設(shè)計的實踐實驗，且有三年以上獨立主持并帶領(lǐng)設(shè)計團隊開展大型項目的景觀規(guī)劃與設(shè)計。
Possess more than 8 years’ landscape design relevant experience, and more than 3 years’ team leading experience for big projects landscape planning and design.
3．具有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、組織、指揮能力。
Good communication, coordinate, organizing and command ability
4．有很強的敬業(yè)精神和職業(yè)道德。
With strong professional dedication andl ethics.
5．工作積極性強，有獨到創(chuàng)新能力，富團隊合作精神。

崗位職責：
Responsibilities
科學、高效的進行設(shè)計團隊管理。
Manage the design team efficiently and reasonably.
項目景觀設(shè)計理念審定，項目工作任務(wù)安排、開展和圖紙效果掌控。
Validate landscape design concept, arrange, carry out project tasks and control drawing effect.
組織解決開展景觀工程時出現(xiàn)的各類技術(shù)問題，提供技術(shù)支持服務(wù)。
Solve the various technical issues in landscaping works and provide technical support services.
組織收集整理國內(nèi)外最新設(shè)計信息和理念，指導(dǎo)設(shè)計人員不斷創(chuàng)新，保證公司設(shè)計水平的領(lǐng)先地位。
Collect the latest design information and ideas at home and abroad, guide designers to innovate constantly and ensure the company’s design in the leading position.
