崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities:
1、 對機(jī)電工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施策劃、協(xié)調(diào)和管理；
Be responsible for MEP project planning, coordination and management.
2、 管理大型項(xiàng)目，包括對項(xiàng)目成本費(fèi)用的控制管理；
Manage large scale projects, including budget control.
3、 負(fù)責(zé)交付成果質(zhì)量控制；
Be responsible for quality control of all deliverable tasks.
4、 協(xié)調(diào)各發(fā)展商、其他專業(yè)顧問、設(shè)計(jì)單位及承建單位的工作；
Liaise and coordinate with developers, other professional consultants, design institutes and contractors.
5、 與客戶的高級管理層建立良好的關(guān)系，并使項(xiàng)目順利運(yùn)作；
Communicate with senior management of clients to establish good relationship and operate the project smoothly.
6、 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的招投標(biāo)工作以及公司的推廣活動(dòng)；
Be responsible for the project bidding and the company’s promotion activities.
7、 參與制定和執(zhí)行公司對機(jī)電工程項(xiàng)目的策略和決策；
Develop and implement the strategies and policies of MEP projects.
8、 協(xié)助機(jī)電負(fù)責(zé)人管理機(jī)電團(tuán)隊(duì)。
Assist MEP team leader to manage MEP team.
任職資格：Requirements:
1、 機(jī)電類相關(guān)專業(yè)（建筑環(huán)境與設(shè)備工程、熱能與動(dòng)力工程、海外留學(xué)機(jī)械工程、電力電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化、建筑電氣、給水排水工程、環(huán)境工程）本科或以上學(xué)歷；
A Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineeringor P&D Engineering, which university is accredited by National Ministry of Education
2、 10年或以上機(jī)電工程相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年以上類似崗位工作經(jīng)歷；
At least 10 years relevant experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, 5 years working experience in similar position.
3、 具備全國注冊公用設(shè)備工程師職稱，或機(jī)械/電氣/房屋設(shè)備工程特許工程師職稱；
National Registered Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or Chartered Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical or building services engineering.
4、 熟悉大型機(jī)電工程項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作，具備對機(jī)電工程進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全、成本各方面進(jìn)行全面控制的能力；
Be familiar with the management of the large scale MEP projects, with the ability of controlling project schedule, quality, safety and budget.
5、 組織能力強(qiáng)，具有良好的人際交往、溝通能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目機(jī)電團(tuán)隊(duì)有效開展工作，并有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
With the strong organization, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Lead the MEP team to work effectively and have good team spirit.
6、 具備良好的英語溝通能力，聽說寫流利；
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese.
7、 有香港和海外項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
Have working experience in Hong Kong and overseas project will be an advantage.
8、 懂粵語者優(yōu)先考慮。
Good command of Cantonese will be an advantage.
