Responsibilities:1.Prepare the scope of work, technical requirement documents, bill of quantity for bidding of each purchasing package according to the client’s requirement.2.Review design drawings, and notify to Design Institute to correct or update drawings if there are errors and defects in the drawings.3.Manage contractors and Supervision company, and review contractor’s construction plan and quality plan. Check contractors’ construction schedule plan and urge the contractor to take measures to accelerate progress if the construction schedule delays.4.According to correlative requirements of drawings, specifications, standards and contract, monitor and control the construction quality of contractor. In order to ensure the construction quality to meet the project schedule.5.Supervise the site construction activities and make sure it is implemented in a safe, timely and workmanlike way by contractors. Betimes stop the construction activities when there have unsafe act & condition, and push contractor to correct unsafe act & condition.6.Review the progress payment of the contractors.
Requirements:1.Bachelor degree or higher required from major universities2.Minimum 8 years related working experience3.Proven experience on construction management with solid CSA background preferred4.Industrial project experience preferred5.Fluent in English, both speaking and written6.Must be team player; having collaborative spirit7.Must be responsible, mature, self-motivated, positive8.Must be demonstrating leadership, closer to customer, smarter execution, result-oriented, passionate
