任職資格：
1、具有5年以上酒店建筑設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擅長(zhǎng)酒店及度假村方案設(shè)計(jì)與總圖設(shè)計(jì)；
2、作為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，完成項(xiàng)目從方案、擴(kuò)初到施工圖的全套設(shè)計(jì)工作（包括設(shè)計(jì)工作的分配、進(jìn)度的掌控和質(zhì)量的控制）；
3、能獨(dú)立承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì),在酒店、旅游度假勝地、休閑商業(yè)中心等公用建筑項(xiàng)目中具有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4、有境外學(xué)習(xí)、工作，或外資工作背景者優(yōu)先考慮。
Responsibilities
Minimum 8 years tourism planning or tourism consulting. Have relevant professional qualifications and professional title registered.
Being a leader of design team or project manager, finish the whole work from the start of the project, constructing to start construction and working drawing, independently complete the management and techniquework.(Including the work assigned, project schedule and quality control)
capable of undertaking projects independently; experienced in public construction projects including hotels, Resort and shopping centers
Candidates with overseas working or studying experience, or experience in foreign-capital enterprises are preferred.
