職位描述：
1）建筑專業本科及以上學歷；
2）3年以上酒店、旅游度假勝地、休閑商業中心等公用建筑項目經驗；3）熟悉建筑專業設計規范，具有良好的方案設計、設計變更及品質把控能力和豐富的實踐經驗；
4）熟練掌握CAD，PHOTOSHOP，SKETCHUP等軟件5）具備高度的責任心、良好的溝通及表達能力；對建筑設計有濃厚興趣，細心嚴謹，責任心強，能在壓力下工作。7）有境外學習、工作，或外資工作背景者優先考慮。
Job description:1) Bachelor degree or above in architecture;3) more than 2 years of experience in public construction projects, such as hotels, resorts, leisure and commercial center, etc.;3) familiar with the architectural design code, with good design, design change and quality control ability and rich practical experience;4) proficiency in CAD, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCHUP and other software5) have a high sense of responsibility, good communication and expression ability; have strong interest in architectural design, careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure.7) having overseas study, work, or foreign work background is preferred.
